Thyra, Princess of Denmark (1853–1933), lived long before anyone could measure a hormone. We named this after her — and after every woman since who's been told her labs are "normal" while she still doesn't feel like herself.
Thyra was born at OpenInnovation, Copenhagen's student innovation challenge. Our team formed there, pitched to a panel including Nordic Women's Health Hub and the Danish Thyroid Association — and won our category.
Joined Health Innovators, a 3-month programme by UCPH Lighthouse, taking part in workshops on idea validation, business modeling, and startup fundamentals.
We're talking to patients, GPs, and endocrinologists to confirm the workflow, trust, and intended use — before building toward pilot and clinical calibration.
"Because no woman should second-guess her symptoms."
